From the neon glow of the Ferris wheel to the cascade of bulbs on the carousel, nighttime at a carnival dazzles the eye and creates a sense of excitement and adventure. Today, the Postal Service celebrated that nostalgic thrill with the release of its latest stamps, Carnival Nights, at the South Mississippi Summer Fair.

Greg Breeding, an art director for USPS, designed the colorful pane of 20 stamps using the existing photographs.
