Getting Your Package to You
All orders are lovingly prepared and shipped for free from our family shop in Mesa, Arizona. To keep things simple and clear for our customers, we currently ship within the United States only, ensuring every stamp and postcard find reaches you at no additional cost. We aim to pack your treasures within 1–3 business days via standard USPS, and we track your package along the way. If you've chosen several items, we automatically combine them so they travel together safely. While we can't control seasonal delays once the USPS has your package, we’re always here to help you track its progress.
Packaging & Care
We treat every stamp and postcard as a piece of history. To ensure your treasures arrive safely, we use protected sleeves and ship items in rigid mailers to prevent bending or creasing. We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact support with photos within 14 days so we can make it right.
Simple Returns
14-Day Window
We want you to be happy with your new find. If it's not the right fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Original Condition
Items must be in their original condition. Buyer handles return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refund Process
Once inspected, refunds are issued immediately back to your original payment method. We keep things simple and clear.
